Though we maintain strict quality control standards, in rare cases, a rogue pair may not quite measure up. Should your shoes fail due to defect of workmanship, you can rest knowing your purchase is backed by the following warranty policy:

Six Month Guarantee

Fullsora will offer a warranty on your purchase for 6 months from the date of purchase for repair or replacement (as determined by Fullsora).

Replacement Certainty

If we no longer have the same shoe style, you can choose a similar, in-stock product for replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are not available as part of our warranty program.

Wear And Tear

Normal wear and tear, breakdown from use, or damage caused by accidents are not covered under the Fullsora warranty.

Color Fading

Due to various environmental factors, color fading is not covered under warranty.

International

International orders are covered under this warranty. International shipping fees still apply for replacement pairs shipped internationally.

We may request that you ship the defective product back to us as part of the warranty process. Fullsora reserves the exclusive right to determine if a product qualifies for warranty. Return shipping for warranties are the responsibility of the customer.

If you encounter an issue with your Fullsora shoes that you believe falls under our warranty coverage, please **submit a warranty request by contacting us at service@fullsora.com**.  

To ensure we can process your request efficiently and accurately, your email must include the following **required information**:  
1. Detailed description of the shoe issue (e.g., material defect, structural problem).  
2. Your Fullsora shoes order number.  
3. The contact email address associated with your order.
